AimBetween.Games ("we", "us", "our") provides a browser-based aim training application at aimbetween.games. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AimBetween.Games. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

Premium access is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All payments are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date via the billing portal. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
The service displays advertisements from third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. These ads may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Clicking on ads or sponsored links is at your own discretion and risk.
The service may request permission to send browser push notifications. You can opt out at any time through your browser settings. Notification permissions are entirely optional and do not affect access to the service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as display names and bios). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
All code, graphics, and other materials constituting the AimBetween.Games service are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimBetween.Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
