Tracking is the one mode with no clicking at all. A single target moves along a smooth curved path and your score is the percentage of the round you managed to keep your crosshair inside it, so the leaderboard here reads as a percentage rather than a hit count, and a perfect run is one you never interrupt.
The target also accelerates the longer you stay on it, up to double speed, resetting the moment you slip off. That means the top of this board isn't held by players who can follow a slow target indefinitely, but by players who can hold contact as it gets progressively harder. Tracking exposes sensitivity problems faster than any other mode: if you orbit the target rather than sitting on it, your sensitivity is likely too high. The sensitivity guide covers finding a setting you can actually hold.
